Most systems track addresses, domains and alerts. Cocoon tracks the thing that survives rotation: the lineage. A Buzz is not an IP — it is a persistent identity with memory, relationships, behaviour and an evidence-backed forecast of what comes next.
This host serves the specification preview. The engine's MVP is in development; no tenant API, graph or prediction service is exposed on this domain yet.
Persists
Buzz IDs, relationships and validity are bitemporal. Evidence is content-addressed, so any historical score can be re-derived rather than guessed.
Predicts
Forecasts come from recorded transitions, procedures and behaviour — with support counts and reasons, or an explicit abstention when the history is too thin.
